Nana Dankwa for OK House District 90
The Oklahoma Democratic Veterans Federation strongly supports the election of Nana Dankwa to Oklahoma House District 90. The husband of a proud “military brat” who trained in advanced nursing at the Veterans Administration, the son-in-law of a 100% disabled Veteran, and the longtime friend of many service members, Nana has a good understanding of our community’s needs and concerns. Having worked for nine years as a health care professional, serving diverse patients at a top-flight Oklahoma facility, he will champion quality health care, including mental health care, for Veterans and military families. Additionally, he supports continuing tax benefits for military widows. He will work on policy to address collegiate scholarship criteria, which often fail adequately to recognize military service.
Knowing that Americans owe our freedom to the sacrifices made by service members and their families, he will work to ensure their full access to equal opportunities in work and education, to affordable childcare, and to affordable quality housing.
